Services

Placeholder - Assistant Launch provides dedicated executive assistant services to business owners and founders. Our services include matching clients with trained executive assistants, providing AI-powered tools and training, and offering ongoing support and management. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your client agreement.

Payment

Placeholder - By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the fees outlined in your client agreement. Payments are processed monthly and are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement or covered by our 4-Week Accelerator Guarantee.

Termination

Placeholder - Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in your client agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for any outstanding fees. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to our team or business operations.

Limitation of Liability

Placeholder - To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assistant Launch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

Placeholder - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
