We've been following the meal plans and shopping lists she's been providing for the last several weeks and both my wife and I have sustainable energy throughout the day with less caffeine required and are able to be far more productive!!! We're also losing weight, which wasn't the expectation, but is certainly a positive by-product. It's great not having to make decisions on food anymore 😊
