Be a Part of Our Team
An Assistant Launch Executive Assistant is a high-performing proactive leader with high integrity and attention to detail. You’ll also need to demonstrate responsiveness and professionalism as well as being organized, tech-savvy, an effective communicator, resourceful, and results-oriented.
Demonstrated Experience In:
- Managing schedules, calendars, emails, meetings, and calls
- Arranging travel bookings and accommodations
- Timely communication and reporting to Executive client
- Managing and optimizing client’s time and priorities
- Analyzing opportunities for client growth, both personally and professionally
- Management of internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and/or social media sites
- Conducting market research and creating presentations as necessary
- Learning client’s preferences and providing them with service catered to their preferences
Your qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executive management
- An effective communicator with good presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of various tools (CRM, Project Management, GW, MS Office, etc.)
- High performer with a growth-oriented mindset
- You have a good level of emotional, social, and relational intelligence
- A self-starter with the ability to set and achieve goals
- Methodical and attentive to details
- Amenable to graveyard working schedule
- Able to work full-time
- Can start immediately

Equipment Requirements
- Laptop or Desktop of your own
- Laptop: 8th generation (8000 series) Core i5 or higher
- Equivalent AMD Ryzen series processors are acceptable
- Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above.
- Minimum RAM: 8GB, but we recommend 16GB
- If Windows:
→ Windows 10 – Must update to the latest version of Windows 10 - If Mac/IOS
→ Core i5 – 2017 or higher
→ Core i7 – 2016 or higher - Internet connection: at least 20 Mbps
Client & EA Working Expectations
- Our clients will utilize EA services between 25-40 hours per week. Hours depend on client preferences and your ability to take over client tasks and responsibilities over time.
- Working schedule: our clients schedules will determine your working hours which are mostly graveyard hours. You will be expected to be online during this time.
